These terms are the agreement between you and Noxivue (“we”, “us”), an independent sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or subscribing to Nightfall, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Noxivue.
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person.
You are responsible for what happens on your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

2. Using Noxivue fairly

Please don't:

harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including through recommendation notes;
choose a username that is offensive or impersonates someone else;
try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
scrape or copy the site or its data with automated tools;
use Noxivue for anything unlawful.

If you do, we may remove content or suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

3. Your content

Your notes, ratings and recommendations remain yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share them with, which we need to run the service. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.

4. Show information

Show details, posters and photos come from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We can't guarantee that information is complete or accurate.

5. Nightfall subscriptions

Nightfall is an optional paid plan, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Plans page when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
You can cancel at any time in Settings under “Manage subscription”. Nightfall stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
14-day refund. If you change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, email hello@noxivue.tv and we will refund that payment in full. After that, we don't give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
If we change Nightfall in a way that significantly reduces what it includes, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your current period.
We may occasionally give Nightfall free of charge, for example for testing.

6. The service

We work to keep Noxivue available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we ever close Noxivue, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any unused part of a Nightfall subscription.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses, since Noxivue is for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will update the date at the top, and tell you in advance about any change that affects you significantly. If you don't agree, you can stop using Noxivue and delete your account.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email hello@noxivue.tv first; we will do our best to sort it out.
